The Opportunity

Reporting to the Client Experience Manager, as our CRM Assistant you will provide support with implementing marketing actions and managing the customer database.

Your main goal will be to provide detailed analysis and insights on our client profiles, while driving strategies in conjunction with the Communications Team, H.com Team and Boutique Teams on the acquisition, retention and growth of client segmentation.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting


* Compile monthly client data reports and support Hermès Australia and Hermès International with required data.


* Generate ad-hoc targeting/reports to support events and to identify potential/missed clients to support the store.

Data Capture and Integrity


* Implement requests received from Hermès Australia stakeholders to update client details, opt in/opt out, or merge client accounts.


* Liaise with Hermès International, local teams, and third parties to execute large scale data cleansing.


* Deduplicate Client accounts, both individually and through a large-scale demerging project.


* Manage the quality and consistency of data capture across all client touch points.


* Ensures Australia Privacy Principles and internal Privacy Policies are adhered to.


* Manage client data privacy requests and identity checks through internal systems.


* Ensure Retail Compliance steps are followed and adhered to with Internal Control Manager.

Electronic Direct Mail (EDM)


* Liaise with Hermès International to receive EDM content for all sending.


* Update EDM HTML for each store target.


* Generate target recipient list and test send and execute final sending.

Other Client Communications


* Support in the creation of strategies for client communications around seasonal, retail, and commercial activities


* Create or liaise with Hermès International on assets for seasonal celebrations, retail animations etc


* Provide Hermès Australia Teams with assets to support Client Experience and Connection.

Editions Material


* Generate mailing lists, cleaning data and removing incomplete/incorrect mailing addresses.


* Manage RTS: mark incorrect addresses in MD and reallocate the RTS magazines as necessary.
