In-store Animation Senior Executive

Job Description:

The senior executive will be working closely together with assistant manager for all in store animations on the various projects and events and ensure the in-store animation projects are delivered in accordance with the standard of the brand.

Major Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal and external parties for event planning and execution

Follow up on project timeline, production, logistics, hospitality, and event management.

Onsite execution and management for small scale projects.

Daily document preparation, event closing file, payment and PO follow up.

Communicate and manage different vendors and follow up on progress.

Requirements & Capabilities:

Bachelor's degree or above.

Minimum 3 years of Public relations/ Brand marketing/ Event experience in retail prestige industry or leading event agencies.

Native mandarin speaker with fluent English speaking and writing skills.

Good communication skills and team-oriented spirit.

Accepts frequent traveling schedules.
