We are looking for a rock star to join our team as a Associate I in our Celaya, Guanajuato HUB.

In this role you will be responsible for a wide array of support services.

Expert level training/mentoring will be provided by Schneider Electric to ensure that you are successful in the role.

* Knowledge in databases and data analysis tools.


* Skills in Excel or other data analysis tools.


* Ability to gather, organize, and analyze data accurately.


* Familiarity with data preprocessing.


* Communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.


* Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.

This job might be for you if:


* Bachelors degree in administrative related areas.


* Intermediate-Advanced level of English


* Available to work 80% at home, 20% in the office (when needed).


* Office 365 experience desired.


* Attention to detail


* Confident, upbeat and re-assuring attitude with ability to communicate and interact with workplace professionals, including Executive level personnel, as needed


* Thirst for knowledge and willing to learn and grow every day


* Proactive and personal interest in support your co-workers
