Flow Controller intern

We are currently seeking a self-drivenFlow Controller intern with a passion for procurement to join our team.

This position will oversee the upstream planning for a External Manufacturer Supplier (EMS).

This role will escalate material shortages, maintain the ERP parameters of purchased parts and follow-up "line down" situations.

This position will report to the Virtual Factory Supply Chain Manager and will be based on the SE Mty Campus.

What will you do:


* Supervise the Upstream Planning of the External Manufacturer.


* Escalate material shortages with vendors


* Escalate material shortages within Procurement organization using the escalation path.


* Audit ERP parameters and request actions being taken for findings.


* Evaluate the Value Stream Map and provide suggestions.


* Change transportation method when needed.


* Participate on SAM audits animated by Virtual Factory Team.

Qualifications

Qualifications - External


* Fluency in English (written and business speaking).


* Studying bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Engineering.


* At least 1 year of experience on Supply Chain Management roles (desired).


* Experience using SAP Material Management modules (desired).


* Proficiency on excel use.


* Self-initiative and proven experience on following up on multiple topics with attention to details.


* Strong team work experience.
