About the Role

What You'll Do:


* Processing quotes for customers requesting bids concerning lighting opportunities


* Place orders in system and provide tracking updates to customers


* Resolve concerns of both vendors and customers when issues arise


* Produce project submittals for approval and review documents when returned/noted


* Maintain, track, and update various data required to track effectiveness of the team and branch


* Provide consistent and pleasant communications

What You'll Bring


* Must present a positive attitude and excellent communication skills


* Computer skills, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are a must


* Must be able to multitask to respond to different customer needs


* High school diploma required


* Experience in quotes and processing purchase orders are a plus


* Organized and creative with the ability to follow directions and meet tight deadlines
