Warehouse Associate, Dionis

As a Warehouse Associate at Dionis Goat Milk Skincare, your role is essential in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of the warehouse.

You will play a key part in maintaining inventory, fulfilling orders, and upholding the quality of our skincare products.

Role Description:


* Inventory Management: -Assist with managing inventory by receiving, storing, organizing, and restocking.



* Order Fulfillment- Participate in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.



* Warehouse Organization: - Help maintain an organized and efficient layout within the warehouse, optimizing space and workflow.



* Quality Control: -Follow quality control procedures to ensure picked items meet quality standards.



* Equipment Operation: Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and conveyors, in accordance with safety protocols.



* Communication - Communicate any inventory discrepancies or operational issues to the Warehouse Manager.



* Safety Compliance: -Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines for product handling and warehouse operations.



* Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.

* Skills and Qualifications:


* Prior Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not always required.



* Physical Stamina: Physical fitness is essential, as the role may involve lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.



* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment.



* Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.



* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to meet common goals.



* Communication: Basic communication skills to interact with the team and report issues as needed.



* Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changes in tasks or schedules to meet operational demands
