In this role, you will be a key player in the restaurant ensuring smooth service! You will be responsible for operating an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses, and other dishes while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen area.

Assists with all assignments during events pertaining to the department such as the set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs, platforms, displays, dismantling of dance floors, cleaning, inventory, and storage for all banquet activities assigned.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

Prior kitchen and country club or resort experience is a plus.
