What you will do:

The HR Intern is responsible for providing support within a specific group on HR operations / projects.

You will also assist in the implementation of global/standardized HR processes and projects, as well as support the implementation of programs to drive innovation and employee engagement:

Key Responsibilities


* Support in implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and values.


* Assist in onboarding process with organization of the event, communication with newjoiners, updating shared documents.


* Provide support to the HR team in various areas, including employee relations (work with labour code documents) and development & learning activities.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues in Prague and opportunities for improvement.


* Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as CSR activities, Family Day etc.


* Support the execution of internal communication - maintaining tools, responsible for organizing regular communication and events.


* Support the implementation of global/standardized HR processes that can be implemented at the local level

What we are looking for:

Required Qualifications


* Student of 4 th year at the university (1 st year of Master degree)


* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Economics or related field is an advantage.


* Min.

1 years of experience (part-time job) in administration/organization/HR/business


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office


* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams


* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously


* Czech / Slovak native speaker, English Fluent level
