Strategic Shopper Activation Manager

Description

To plan and own how our commercial strategies are translated into how we engage our shoppers within Supermarket, Pharmacy and Omni Channel touch points and how we engage with HCP and Retail partners at Conferences.

You will be responsible for deploying excellence in strategic thinking/executional best practice across shopper messaging, point of sale (physical and digital) as well as shopper marketing programs designed to drive further brand loyalty and have a direct impact of sales in store.

You will also bring shopper insights back into the strategy creation internal to make for better decision marketing and innovation.

Key Responsibility Areas

Lead the development of the Shopper Strategy and Shopper activation integration


* As part of growth planning to constructively influence shopper behaviours based on channel and medium & ensure they adhere to Brand Playbooks deliver to the principle of SOBG


* Responsible for the shopper elements of all Brand IMC briefs, feedback to the agency and approval of strategy and plans


* Identify opportunities for competitive advantage and/or areas of risk for our brands through rigorous monitoring and assessment of Kenvue Brand and competitor visibility at all shopper touch-points


* Generate Portfolio and Retailer specific shopper engagement opportunities through understanding of shopper missions & profiles, sign off touch point recommendation and manage jointly with the Sales team CIW for retailer marketing


* Partner cross functionally to maximise Kenvue Brand visibility at HCP Conferences and Retailer Events
Oversee the development & production of all brand assets including retailer online, catalogues, POS, permanent stands and retailer merchandising units


* Define and set annual business KPI's for shopper engagement programs & Track performance/ROI in partnership with CBI


* Responsible for the Fixed marketing budget and ensure that monthly tracking and reporting is completed timely

You will partner & collaborate with


* Pacific category, sales, operations and marketing teams to develop shopper platforms that drive our brands in context of the category visions and growth drivers while ensuring they live across channel.


* BDT Shopper leads and RDLs to input into and share the Brand Shopper Playbooks and ensure best practice is embed into Pacific plans as well as ensure the timely production and delivery of physical elements, working across design and production agencies


* Partner with field team to ensure required POS is created, delivered & stored for customer executions

People leadership of the Instore Excellence team; including Shopper Activation managers, Graphic designer and Shopper executive

Key Working Relationships


* Own the relationships with the retailer marketing teams / sponsorship teams (Cartology etc)


* Own relationship with external storage/distribution partners in ANZ
