CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST - Hybrid role out of Boxborough, MS

Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions to many of the world's top-recognized brands and companies, is actively seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our Business Assuranceteam.

Intertek's Business Assurance team goes beyond testing, inspection and certification to look at the underlying elements that make a company and its products successful.

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for the iEnable product life-cycle management system, administration of customer surveys, and supporting the Global Marketing Team with various activities.

This is a hybrid position split between work from home and the office in Boxborough.

What you'll do:


* Process iEnable user access request for internal and external users


* Provide Level 1 system support to iEnable end users


* Report iEnable system issues to Level 2 support


* Submit iEnable change requests to iEnable Product Owner


* Communicate iEnable functionality/enhancement releases to users


* Generate iEnable reports


* iEnable data entry tasks and corrections


* Prepare and monitor monthly NPS surveys


* Answer incoming calls and monitor voice mailbox for Business Assurance 1-800 line


* Maintain the Business Assurance email box for Global Marketing Team


* Support Global Marketing Team with lead generation management and other tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:


* High School Diploma/GED equivalent required and 2+ years of relevant experience, or the equivalent in terms of education; experience and/or training.


* Excellent written and oral communication skills


* Ability to operate independently and meet timelines


* Customerā€service focus and excellent teamwork skills


* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
