Summary/Objective:

The Shop Technician is an entry level role that serves as a jumping off point to a variety of opportunities.

Learn the different aspects of running the shop from warehousing to plastic and metal welding, further to assembly and fabrication of skidded process systems, then field service leading to instrument technician.

Willing to train.

Competencies:


* Mechanical and Problem-Solving Skills.


* Use of typical hand tools


* Basic electrical knowledge is a plus.


* Basic welding skills are a plus.


* Basic fabrication skills are a plus.


* Strong work ethic.


* Organizational skills and attention to detail

Work Environment: This job operates in a shop environment both on company and customer site locations.

This role routinely uses hand and power tools as well as office equipment such as laptop computers, and smartphones.
