Warehouse Intern

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a 12 month internship as a Warehouse Internin our Rojo Gomez Plant in CDMX.

A typical day for you might include:


* Give the support to supervises and distributes the activities of the personnel under supervisor's charge.


* Monitors the entry and exit of warehouse materials and equipment.


* Prepares the annual procurement schedule for the warehouse.


* Supervises the organization classification of merchandise in the warehouse.


* Prepares purchase orders for the acquisition of materials and informs the purchasing and supply units.


* Monitors established inventory stock levels of goods and services.


* Prepare daily reports on the entry and exit of warehouse material.


* Performs and/or coordinates inventories in the warehouse.


* Maintains control of the accounting of requisitions.


* Review and confirm reports, petty cash correspondence, attendance control, expense reports and others.


* Archive merchandise requisitions, purchase requisitions, shipping guide and delivery orders.


* Keep track of merchandise shipped against merchandise in stock.
