Manager Channel Sales
Key responsibilities and activities include: Plan and execute annual business strategy with targets, Saturation of all business units through - System Integrators and Distributors.
Drive channel initiatives and policy implementations.
Identify and fill channels Gaps - Geographical / Product / solutions specialist.
Monitor and Manage channel finance risks, collection and DSO.
Drive Channel Manpower management.
Train & Upgrade channels.
Drive and support digital initiatives like Sales tools, Partner management tools, My DSO Manager, Power BI tools, BFO, etc.
Drive digitization through channels for opportunity managements, sales out tools, etc.
Monthly monitoring of channel dashboards, Incentive simulations - To support & push Standard discount business/Delta Price/Delta business.
New product launches through channels.
Drive branding @ channels, customer evets, market development funds through channels.
Anticipation of new market trends, knowledge and monitoring of competition.
Improve Customer Satisfaction Index; Effectively handle customer/channel complaints.
