The Digital Power NAM Innovation Leader is responsible for proposing and initiating innovation based either on availability of new technology, emergence of new customer needs or discovery of new business opportunities.

What do you get to do in this position?



* Focus on innovating new solutions in Protection, Metering & Control for High, Medium and Low Voltage electrical distribution


* Propose disruptive architectures and technologies for new product lines


* Regularly scan external companies, suppliers, startups, universities in NAM, Europe & Asia seeking new ideas


* Initiate innovation project in the H3 domain, starting growing the 3 maturity axes (Customer, Business, Technology) up to reaching introduction of the project into League Roadmaps & Backlogs


* Animate innovation process locally (Lean Innovation, Design thinking), coach Squads to Design Thinking process


* Interact regularly with Innovation & Technology (IT) and DEVS organizations for technology transfer into Digital power projects
