Logistics Engineer

What will you do?


* Responsible for designing and planning the inner layout of the warehouse


* Ensuring optimized functioning of the warehouse and achieving maximum efficiency & space utilization.


* Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.


* Adopts lean concepts to streamline processes to achieve process flow efficiency.


* Organize and manage (or control) warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation and shipments according to SPS principle.


* Measures and analyzes warehousing performance (cost and service) and implement corrective actions.


* Manages projects to design and optimize warehousing processes.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Bachelors Degree required.


* At least 2 years of warehouse design/optimization eperience.


* Proficient in computer aided design and drafting software.


* Proficient Microsoft Skills and SAP.


* Knowledge of Database systems (SQL,Tableau etc.) a plus.
