About the role:

What you will do:

We need our future intern's support in the following areas:


* Downstream planning: Shortages declaration in the system, monitoring and management.

Demand and Supply review preparation of files.


* Upstream planning: Logistic terms and conditions - Agreement preparation (contract we are setting up with suppliers), ad hoc tasks to support flow or inventory controllers


* Back up the full-time flow controller

What we need from you:



* Ongoing university studies in a university in Hungary, in supply chain management, order management, quality, logistics or related economic field


* Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status


* Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge (both fluent speaking and writing)


* You have strong analytical skills, digital open mind-set, knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data), SAP tool knowledge is considered as a plus


* You have great problem-solving skills and proactive attitude


* Not being afraid of challenges and asking questions


* As soft skills we require good ability to collaborate and cooperate with others, even with cross-cultural teams


* This role is convenient for a student part time, with supply chain or quality related interest

What we offer:



* Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20-30hours/week, with a possibility of home office


* You can start as soon as possible: we are looking forward for you to join our team!


* Gross salary: 2000 HUF/hour
