Your Role:


* Drive Sales Success – Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.


* Build & Nurture Relationships – Develop strong, lasting partnerships with corporate clients, event organisers, and travel agencies.


* Showcase Our Venue – Conduct engaging site visits and presentations to highlight our hotel's exceptional facilities.

Our Sales Executives have:


* A track record of sales achievements with at least 2 years’ experience in the service and hospitality industry is essential for this role. 


* Strong strategic planning skills, ability to look ahead and strategies in place to support the plans. 


* A degree of knowledge of all market segments i.e., corporate, mice, entertainment, and sport. 


* The ability to work well under pressure, with minimal supervision and maintain high standards and attention to detail. 


* Previous experience in using Microsoft packages, Delphi knowledge is desirable plus knowledge of Opera Sales and Catering.


* The ability to demonstrates relevant functional experience and good knowledge of relevant topics and collaboration with other hotel departments. 


* Experience in coaching and supporting team members to develop.
