Software Developer Co-Op

We are seeking a motivated and talented Software Developer Co-Op to join our CTO group within the Digital Buildings Line of Business.

This position is based in Andover, MA from December-July 2025.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on various innovative projects that drive the future of smart buildings.

Key Responsibilities:


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions for digital building applications.


* Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.


* Assist in the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept projects.


* Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in smart buildings and IoT.


* Debug and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions.


* Document software designs, code, and processes for future reference.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, C++, or JavaScript.


* Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, Agile).


* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


* Passion for innovation and a desire to learn new technologies.


* Local to Andover, MA- this position does not support relocation

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience with IoT, cloud computing, or smart building technologies.


* Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning.


* Previous internship or co-op experience in a related field.
