What You'll Do:

Evaluate & Treat Patients - Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility and independence.
Collaborate & Lead - Work closely with nurses, caregivers, and PTAs to deliver high-quality therapy services.
Educate & Support - Train caregivers, staff, and families to ensure long-term success beyond therapy sessions.
Plan for Success - Participate in care planning and discharge coordination to support smooth transitions.
Maintain Compliance - Ensure accurate documentation that supports quality care and reimbursement.

What You Bring:

✔ Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's required, Master's or Doctorate preferred).
✔ Strong Communication & Organizational Skills - Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
✔ Comfortable using computers - Experience with programs like Casamba and Point Click Care is a plus.
✔ Passion for Patient Care - A commitment to making a difference in residents' lives.
