What are we looking for?

The Business Development Representative is responsible for the sales and business development of Intertek Caleb Brett services.

The successful hire will be required to travel to client sites in the state of Texas.

Shift/Schedule: 8 to 5 daily with occasional overtime

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $100k to $ 150 K, depending on experience.

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:


* Sales and business development of Intertek Caleb Brett services


* Develop new business opportunities through marketing efforts to include trade shows, trade organizations and prospecting


* Working with Operations Management, to devise strategies to further penetrate existing customers


* Identify new client initiatives and develop a business plan to capture the future business


* Evaluates and reports customer feedback


* Resolves customer service-related issues (i.e., pricing and product availability)


* Generates quotes and orders for customer as required, utilizing internal business
processes


* Gives input for sales forecast and pipeline (quarterly / yearly)


* Captures monthly sales activities and opportunities through CRM system


* Reviews pricing of products as required and manages client feedback


* Implements customer-specific action plans
