Requisition to Pay (R2P) End to End (E2E) Analyst

The role will be part of the Requisition to Pay (R2P) organization, which provides end-to end-requisition to pay services on enablement solutions to our Operating Companies around the world.

This position reports into LATAM R2P lead and dotted line to global R2P end to end support lead .

What You Will Do

The R2P E2E Analyst is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries across various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and chat.

This position also support complex tasks, projects, process alignments, while serving as a point of contact for various functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Issue resolution

• Provide prompt, professional and accurate responses to employee and supplier inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Assist employees in using self-service options, systems, and tools, for quick issue resolution.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Problem Solving & Process Optimization

• Analize complex customer issues, evaluate available solutions, and propose best fit resolutions.

• Utilize case management system and telephony tools for customer interactions and issue tracking.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting optimizations and implementing best practices.

Communication & Collaboration

• Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication tailored to each employee/supplier needs.

• Work with cross functional teams to escalate complex cases requiring specialized expertise.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, engineering, accounting.

• 2 years of experience in Procurement, Finance and Shared Services or equivalent experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.

• Proficiency in case management tools and ticketing systems (e.g.

SNOW, SAP, Ariba).
