Systems Application Engineer I

Join our dynamic team in the vibrant city of Charlotte, where innovation meets opportunity! As a System Application Engineer, you'll deliver cutting-edge Building Automation System projects that enhance efficiency and comfort in various facilities.

What will you do?



* Work with Tech Team members to Start-up and Commission complex HVAC Building Automation Systems


* Provide sketches and as-built drawings of field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and drawings


* Provide start-up and checkout documentation to the installation team for use in commissioning and validation


* Review graphical user interfaces for Building Automation Systems as part of system commissioning


* Receive on-line, classroom and hands-on training to advance your skill sets

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Recently completed a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field


* Basic HVAC Systems and equipment, Chilled and Hot Water Loops, Constant and Variable Volume Air Handling Units, Fan Powered Vav Units etc.


* Basic Electrical knowledge on power wiring , Motor Starters, VFD's


* Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams , Equipment and Component wiring diagrams and Control wiring basics


* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills


* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio


* Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a TEAM


* Ability to prioritize and multi-task


* Electrical troubleshooting knowledge
