Staff Application Engineer

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $114,400 - $171,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

What will you do?

Using your understanding of the energy management and power solutions domains, your responsibilities for this position include:


* Support of hardware and software used in monitoring of electrical power distribution


* Manage systems daily to ensure effective operation and availability to the customer


* Provide second and third level technical and management support to key customer(s)


* Ensure integrity of the data, implementation, and infrastructure


* Proactively achieve superior system performance


* Provide engineering services for data integration and software configuration for power monitoring


* Analyze energy and power data for patterns and anomalies


* Work with sales team to manage customer relationship and to deliver optimal value



* Degree in Engineering / Computer Science preferred


* Experience with systems Integration and automation


* Detail oriented with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills


* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills


* Excellent verbal and written skills


* Self-motivated, and results driven with ability manage time, prioritize tasks, and track costs


* Team oriented with demonstrated ability to work effectively in group and matrix settings


* Work remotely, actively collaborating with team members and engaging with customers to ensure seamless communication and high productivity in a fast-paced environment
