Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary £48,000 - £50,000 per annum, negotiable based on skills and experience plus brilliant benefits including Health Cash plan!

You will help us develop and maintain strategic partnerships that support a pipeline of growth and sustain current business in our supported housing and care services across England.

Typical day as a Strategic Partnership Lead
* As an expert in your area, you will lead and influence growth by identifying opportunities and developing bespoke solutions to commissioner and customer need.
* You will support operational leaders to sustain current business and ensure services remain viable and deliverable.
* You will build and nurture key stakeholder relationships with a range of external and internal partners.
* You’ll be seeking out new opportunities, by building commissioner relationships at a place-based, community and Integrated Care Board level.
* Working closely with our operational managers you will use your commercial acumen and knowledge of external Health and Social Care commissioning environments to develop innovative services that encourage people to thrive.

You bring
* Demonstrable experience in health and or social care commissioning
* Excellent written and presentation skills particularly the ability to construct precise persuasive propositions for commissioners
* An understanding of commercial issues including commissioning approaches and pricing
* Direct experience of leading negotiation conversations with external partners
* An understanding of commercial governance and business development
* To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.
