* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required
* Minimum of 8 years B2B sales or account management related experience.
* Ability to travel up to 25%.
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business or Engineering is preferred
* Minimum 3 years of aerospace sales and/or management level experience.
* Experience within the aerospace industry, investment castings, coatings, or forged products
* Proven customer relationship abilities and account management aptitude.
* Understanding of terms and conditions documents and commercial agreements.
* Basic knowledge of aircraft engine components, materials, technical drawings.
* Experience and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills; able to effectively problem solve and deliver on objectives.
* Display innovative thinking and creativity.
* Flexible and able to work with all levels of the organization.
