Key Responsibilities:


* Administer medications to residents as assigned.


* Collaborate closely with LPN and RN staff to monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions or behaviors.


* Maintain accurate documentation and observations.


* Provide personal care and support to residents.


* Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all.


* Perform additional duties as assigned.

* $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
