Finance & Business Management, Associate
JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate to join our Business Management team within the Corporate Finance.
Job responsibilities
* Provide timely and accurate financial forecasting and reporting which includes monthly financials, allocations, and headcount analysis and/or production of a variety of financial/management reports
* Lead the annual budgeting process with stakeholders within Global Technology and Finance
* Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis working closely with senior management
* Lead critical financial analytics to provide insights for management decision making, partner with other finance and functional teams to lead and support strategic business projects
* Drive GT wide objectives and drive enterprise wide business cases
* Work with various financial databases (CSPRA, Essbase, Goliath, Apptio) to store, retrieve, and compile data for financial & personnel reporting
* Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields
* Prior experience in Finance and Business Management supporting technology organizations preferred
* Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and senior stakeholders
* Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
Essbase, Anaplan, business intelligence toolsets -Tableau, Alteryx, and Python would be beneficial
* Proactive self-starter with tremendous problem solving skills and an analytical/insightful mindset who takes initiative to understand issues and improve end to end process, innovates and goes beyond immediate responsibilities
* Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
* Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong time management and prioritization skills
