Oracle Cloud Analyst, Information Technology, Full-time
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate and interact with the Accounting/Finance/Procurement teams to ensure optimization of ERP configuration and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in support of the assigned business operations
* Develop, edit and maintain needed reports and exports utilizing OTBI and Data Models
* Responsible for the support, configuration, enhancement, testing, support, and training of the business systems, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and its ancillary systems
* Liaise with business process/ end users and 3^rd party vendors for optimization, upgrades and system changes
* Coordinate quarterly or off cycle upgrades & implementations through testing phases- Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing and User Acceptance Testing
* Provide technical expertise and support with Oracle Cloud Fusion project development life cycle such as system enhancements, gap analysis, system configuration and setup, design, and development
* Configuration and maintenance of security roles and licenses for the assigned modules in the Oracle Fusion platform
* Responsible for monitoring security roles for licensure compliance
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Info Systems or related field preferred
* 5+ Years relevant working experience in Information Technology
* Minimum 3 Years hands on experience in Relevant Oracle Fusion applications
* Proficient in Cloud Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, SCM and EPM; Solid understanding of the dependencies between financials, SCM and HCM
* Skilled in developing integrations between Cloud and 3^rd party systems
* Expertise in developing complex custom Reports, Analysis, Dashboards, Alerts using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP)
* Strong Time management and Prioritization skills
* Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative and execute tasks with full accountability
* Proficiency in creating and managing service requests (SRs)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract, summarize, and synthesize facts to suggest best possible solutions
* Proficient in triaging and analyzing application, data and integration issues and monitoring alert notifications and systems logs to take appropriate action
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization
Location: Onsite location is at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital, 3599 University Blvd South, Jacksonville, FL 32216
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
