Control & Signaling (C&S) is an activity part of Industry Automation Business Unit / Industrial Controls & Drives line of business of Schneider Electric.
Products portfolio of C&S activity includes :
• Electromechanical products for machine control panel (Pushbuttons, Switches, Pilot lights, joysticks, Control Station & Enclosures,...)
• Electronic elements for control panel (biometric switches, wireless and batteryless buttons)
• Industrial electromechanical and electronic relays
• Tower lights, beacons and sound products
You will be the head of our Research and Development team in Bangalore of C&S activity, part of dynamic, engaged Research and Development C&S team in which customer centric mindset, innovation, collaboration, goals achievements in requested leadtime are key day-to-day values.
You will report hierarchically to Research and Development director.
You will be the entry contact point of mechatronics, electronics and firmware technical managers located in France and in Singapore and you will be in charge hierarchically of 5 people in India and in charge to deliver all necessary actions which will be requested to Research and Development team in Bangalore of C&S activity.
You will interact with teams located in France, Singapore, India and China.
Your missions :
* Representative of your team :
o Represent your team in the different communications and meetings
o Ensure development of products as well as maintenance of our current products
o Guarantee application of design, project and quality rules as well as their evolutions if any
o Assign tasks to your team as per workload, risks and impacts
o Estimate impacts, risks, workload, budget and actions for the different topics with the support of your team

o Ensure good collaboration within the team and between the other teams
o Coach and pro-actively listen team members and challenge them if necessary
o Be part and guarantee performance, efficiency and well-being of team members
o Deliver all necessary actions as per expected leadtime, quality and cost
