Procurement Intern

Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Procurement Intern in the Lincoln, NE facility.

This position will be Part-time starting now through Summer so the ideal candidate must be located in the area.

This role will be Hyrbid.

What do you get to do in this position?


* Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for various materials and services.


* Support the procurement team in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements.


* Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and industry trends.


* Help maintain accurate procurement records and databases.


* Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and strategies.


* Participate in supplier performance evaluations and audits.


* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the procurement department.
