Transformational Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Manufacturing Program/Project Management Senior Professional, known as a "Transformational Leader," to lead a dedicated team focused on enhancing our manufacturing processes.

This role is pivotal in introducing new standardized designs in our factory, ensuring a seamless transition to mass production in our new Mt Juliet, TN plant.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and manage a cross-functional team that includes manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, data specialists, and other stakeholders.


* Develop and maintain the overall project task list and schedule, ensuring all milestones are met.


* Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and report on developments to senior management.


* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues with design and production systems prior to mass production.


* Champion the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring team alignment and engagement throughout.


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes and workflows.


* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

Qualifications:


* Proven experience in manufacturing project management, preferably in a leadership role.


* A Bachelors Degree in a related field


* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems, SAP knowledge is a plus


* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.


* Experience with New Product Introduction processes is highly desirable.
