Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to work as an Occupational Therapist in CO

Experience in a post acute or skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required

Rate Range $40-$55



*$10,000 Sign on bonus paid: $ 2,500 after 90 days, $3,500, after 6 months and $4,000 after 12 months - Only full-time employees eligible for bonus
