Summary

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst is Accountable for designing, developing, and implementing efficient automated solutions that optimize business operations using industry-standard RPA tools.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in process analysis and automation, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

Process Analysis and Documentation:


* Analyze, document, and evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.


* Develop detailed robotic automation logic, mapping out processes from initiation to the completion of transactions.

RPA Development and Implementation:


* Design, build, and deploy RPA solutions using leading industry tools like UiPath, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.


* Assess and document technical and functional requirements to deliver tailored automation solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:


* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate the effectiveness of RPA projects.


* Act as a bridge between end-users and the IT department to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.

System Monitoring and Maintenance:


* Monitor and maintain RPA solutions post-implementation to ensure performance optimization and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Training and Support:


* Conduct end-user training on RPA tools and processes, empowering teams to leverage automation effectively.
