This pivotal position involves leading initiatives that shape the landscape of healthcare access and ensures our innovative solutions reach those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
1.

HTA and Reimbursement
1.

Develop and oversee HTA submission strategy, including leading cross-functional discussions and submission preparations
2.

Continuously monitor policies and regulations that affect patient access, map out and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and collaborators in the industry, and work and align with regional market access counterparts.
3.

Lead coordination with the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) arms in government leading the submission reviews.
4.

Assist access policy discussions based on patient needs, stakeholder insights, and the overall public healthcare landscape.
5.

Support coordination and engagement needs with private and government stakeholders such as the Department of Health (DOH) and PhilHealth.
6.

Consult on definitions and goals of the health economics market access area structure, working with local pricing, reimbursement, and outcomes research teams to generate evidence through health economic modeling and budget impact analysis.
7.

Coaches related areas in integrating market access strategies into product plans that align with the company's regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
8.

Drives initiatives to build a leading presence at meetings with authorities, clients, industry associations, and other business partners.
2.

Pricing and Patient Access Program (PAP) Data Analytics
1.

Partners with colleagues from market access, marketing, and other teams to evaluate and propose pricing strategies for management review and implementation.
2.

Ensures proposed pricing strategies are aligned with current processes and patient needs, trends, and requirements.
3.

Makes adjustments to current pricing models and structures to identify areas to improve pricing efficiencies for the customer base.
4.

In coordination with a third party service provider, own the development of analytics to assess program efficiency.
5.

Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
