Sr Manager - Field Services

Description & Requirements

Maximus is seeking a Sr.

Manager of Filed Services to direct managers and supervisors to provide IT support services to all staff and business partners; design, build and maintain a very high service level to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct managers and supervisors to provide IT support services to all staff and business partners; design, build and maintain a very high service level to our customers.

- Responsible for reviewing and evaluation of major workload issues, work procedures and technical skills of staff required; Oversee the quality of work and responsiveness of desktop support specialist, train and mentor staff for career and skills advancement.

- Train staff to acquire various skillsets to support a cross functionality of systems.

- Interviewing and hiring of Field Services staff including but not limited to Technicians, Supervisor and Managers.

- Responsible for long range planning and problem solving regarding organizational goals and objectives at an Enterprise level for the projects supported.

Implement controls and communication for awareness, at the Enterprise and Project level.

- Complete and report on quarterly customer satisfaction survey; assess staff training needs on use of equipment and applications; analyze the conceptual feasibility of user needs and prioritizing requests for assignment to staff and subsequent completion.

- Serve as Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Manager; design and maintain cost affordable recovery environments for high availability; act as leader of departmental recovery planning spanning the entire organization.

- Meet with project ops leadership monthly or as needed to ensure their needs are met from an IT perspective, helping them solution new technologies or migrations, and maintaining Quality of service from IT Field Services.
