Your Next Career Opportunity – Helpdesk Support Internship

Support the office in general.

Implement administrative policies alone or with other team members, performing the following duties.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
 

Information Technology


* Assist users with technical PC and mobile-related issues.


* Install and configure Microsoft Windows on PC hardware.


* Assist the desktop support team with various issues.


* Configuration and set up of locally and remotely deployed equipment.


* Assist with hardware inventory-related activities.


* Hardware-related Break-Fix on Lenovo products.


* Packing and shipping of equipment as needed.


* Virus-related support and removal as necessary.


* Other general desktop support-related activities.


* Assist with moving IT equipment for employee moves.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements


* H.S.

Diploma/GED plus College Degree-seeking student; or recent graduate and
