Senior Training Specialist

• Supports the Global Hub Learning University (GHLU) Lead by managing training reports, delivering release information/communications, creating/updating training materials/modules and facilitating courses for GHLU.

• Facilitates Language and Soft Skills Training and Communication Skills Training for Onboarding of New Hires.

• Assesses the organization's training needs via employee/Operations and Support teams' input, FGDs, performance gap analysis, survey administration, and analysis, which helps in tailoring training programs for people development.

• Oversees and/or directs learning sessions, workshops, individual training sessions and lectures.

• Provides one on one or group coaching to assist in the learning of new skills and development of the employees.

• Supports peers and assists with project management.

• Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.

• Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.

• Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.

Partners with stakeholders & support functions to measure performance while continuously identifying and executing improvement opportunities.

Creates Process Documentation and Continuous Improvement Projects as needed

Qualifications



Who would be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Education or a related field.

• Two (2) years' previous experience as a Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or related position is a plus.

• An ideal Leadership Trainer should have the following traits and qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, leadership management skills, time management skills, public speaking skills, problem-solving skills

• Able to mentor, coach and lead individuals at all levels of an organization

• Proficient in MS Office especially power point, word processing and presentation software

• Exceptional organization skills and interpersonal skills

• Knowledgeable about traditional and modern training methods and techniques

• Ability to operate media equipment such as projectors and personal computers

• Demonstrated commitment to a teamwork environment

• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

• Basic project management skills

• Knowledgeable about learning management systems, instructional design and e-learning platforms

• Will be required to report onsite and/or shifting schedules, as needed
