What you will do

Key Objectives:


* Develop and execute comprehensive audience segmentation and data driven strategies to maximize continuous reach of Kenvue brands category buyers.


* Lead Media Agency team to utilize advance knowledge of the Ad tech ecosystem to exploit and execute precise and efficient programmatic media strategies.


* Collaborate and influence Kenvue Media team to foster Media innovation as a critical part of Kenvue Media Planning (Connected TV, Digital Out of Home, Geo localized targeting, Retail Media, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:


* Countries in Scope: Southern Europe (SE), made up of more than 15 countries being mainly focused on Spain, France, Italy, but also supporting countries as Portugal, Greece or Romania.


* Lead Retailer Data Projects, obtaining shoppers insights and deliver offsite targeting from strategy to execution.


* Lead audience shaping and RETAIL data strategy, utilizing high-quality data to target FMCG buyers.

Partner with top data providers, leveraging retail data from sources like brick-and-click stores and Amazon.


* Elevate Media Agency performance, focusing on Digital and Data teams.

Lead programmatic media campaigns and DSP strategy to align with marketing goals and KPIs.

Enhance Programmatic Supply Path Optimization for better brand safety, trackability, and delivery quality.


* Boost Contextual targeting by setting guidelines, finding partners, and integrating tactics into Digital Planning.


* Streamline CRM Process among agency, Brand, and local teams, including frequent reporting.

This includes loyalty programs and online promotions.


* Increase Media Analytics adoption by establishing Digital Media Analytics Fundamentals with Brand and Country teams for better decision-making.

What we are looking for

Skills and Experience:


* Bacheor in Marketing or technical specialization


* 5 years minimum of experience in Digital Marketing on the scope of the mission.
