The Opportunity


* Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians.


* Current VA state license is a plus.


* Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.

The Practice

Francis Medical Center - Midlothian, Virginia


* 220-bed hospital with 16 open ICU beds.


* Chest Pain Center, Stroke Center, and STEMI Receiving Center.


* Annual volume of 7,000 with an average of 13 admits per day and 10 admits per night.


* No procedures required unless desired.


* Onsite labs and imaging.


* Variety of sub-specialty backup available including anesthesia, cardiology/EP, infectious disease, Heme/Onc, and more.


* State of the art facility with recent bed expansion and renovation.
