Staff Accountant Advantix

Reporting to Advantix's Director Corporate Accountant, the Staff Accountant will be a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about telecommunication solutions and is highly customer-focused and efficient.

Duties and Responsibilities:


* Reconcile company's bank accounts and credit cards


* Enter partial AP invoices


* Reconcile cash daily


* Being a back up to the Director of Corporate Accounting


* Support functions of AP and AR as needed


* Support financial functions of key products


* Support financial aspects of procurement


* QuickBooks administration and support


* Perform other related duties as assigned

Other:


* Travel may be required for the execution of the duties of the position


* Advantix may allocate such additional duties for this position as informed by the


* Director of Corporate Accounting from time to time as necessary to meet the business needs of Advantix.

Compensation:

For positions with just a base salary:

Compensation Range: $50,000 - %60,000

Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
