As a Sr Software Engineer in Norcross, GA or Omaha, NE, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry!

This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be currently located near our Norcross, GA or Omaha, NE office.

Job Summary:

Provides technical leadership of the plan, design, development of software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products.

Job Responsibilities:


* Independently designs, develops, tests and delivers high quality software/solutions.

Provides direct estimates, such as time, percentage of project completion, etc.

to lead and/or manager.


* Research and resolves reported systems software problems efficiently and accurately while adhering to internal software management standards and procedures.


* Coordinates the technical work of a small project team.

Plans and schedules tasks for projects and individuals.


* Maintains detail knowledge of software, underlying network and system software, and dependencies.


* Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to the development organization.


* Perform other duties as assigned


* Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:


* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent software development experience.


* 7+ years software development experience in .Net Core, Web API, C#, SQL Server and Microservices


* Must have foundational, logical and creative level experience with many technologies including .NET CORE WEB API, Rest, RabbitMQ, and GRPC


* 2- 3 years of Angular or AngularJS experience


* An understanding of software patterns and practices, affinity for developing unit tests with complete code coverage.


* Modern web application development experience.


* Strong fundamentals in relational databases and SQL.


* Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.


* Strong oral and written communication skills.


* Experience in payments is desired.
