Sr Director Radiology
Work Schedule :
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position.
Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Sr.
Director Radiology to:
* Direct and lead operational, financial, programmatic and personnel activities for Radiology.
* Communicate with physicians, academic department leaders, and senior administrators to maintain coordination with other UW Health programs.
* Contribute to the success of expansion by effectively allocating resources based on patient volume, space availability, budget constraints, and program priorities, goals and objectives.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Required
* Master's Degree in a relevant subject area such Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field Preferred
Work Experience
* 10 years relevant experience in the leadership of radiology and/or programs Required
* 5 years Experience in a large academic or complex health program that includes department/specialty specific services Required
Licenses & Certifications
* Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) Preferred
