We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Performance Leader for our ASCO Queretaro plant, located on Queretaro, MX.

Summary

ØSupport and challenge the industrial and Front End performance in plant guided by SPS referential and tools

ØStrong Knowledge for industrialisation / manufacturing / front-end activities (Lean Mfg, simulation tools, cost analysis, tendering, engineering, project management)

ØLead the deployment of the smart factory solutions

Main Activities

üContinuous Improvement

üIs in charge of the continuous improvement of the whole process, both in Front-end & Core, ie from tendering to delivery.

üAnimate the continuous improvement on operational processes (CIOP) in plant based on SPS card selection

üChallenge, follow Kaizen events and in some cases lead some of them

ØSmart factories

üLead the deployment of the smart factory solutions in plant

üIs the point of contact of the IPM and global smart factory leader

üProductivity

üDefine yearly actions plan to built the productivity

üFollow productivity action plan and ensure achievement of the DLP target

üReport the DLP to support functions by using standard tool and process

ØSPS

üEnsure the transversal animation to get sustainability of SPS level in the plant (including implementation of actions plans driven by SPS assessment)

üEnsure the growing skills at all levels in the factory on the principles of manufacturing excellence

üManage the plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and lead the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time by animating transversal actions plan at plant level

üEnsure the implementation of the concept of green / red, principles of SPS, architecture lines, SIM, MPH ...

üIs the owner of the SPS Card 6C for the plant

Qualifications

Qualifications


* A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field.


* Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience


* Advanced English Level


* Significant experience in manufacturing operations, in a managerial or leadership role.


* Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality management systems.


* Familiarity with relevant manufacturing technologies and systems.


* Workmanship Standard Knowledge.
