Quality Control Supervisor - 2nd Shift
As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our production schedules align with our objectives of cost, quality, and lead time.
Your responsibilities will include:
What will you do?
* Ensuring adherence to production schedules while maintaining our quality standards.
* Enforcing compliance with our Quality System and implementing defined processes to achieve the required quality levels.
* Organizing training programs to address the needs of your team.
* Contributing to the improvement of industrial processes with support from various functions.
* Managing your team effectively, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and promoting well-being.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
* Experience in leading the implementation of new digital quality tools.
* Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
* Familiarity with ISO9000 standards.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience and skills will be considered in lieu of formal education.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
* Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
