We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with program management and data administration tasks.

This role will provide valuable experience in project administration and strategic planning within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management Tool Administration:


* Assist in administering the iProject tool, ensuring regular maintenance and updates.


* Generate reports to track project progress and performance metrics.


* Collaborate with team members to optimize tool usage for project management.

Data Administration and Strategic Planning:


* Compile and analyze data from various plant locations, including size, headcount, and other relevant metrics.


* Create visual representations of data, such as graphs and charts, for clear communication.


* Support value stream mapping initiatives (both upstream and downstream) to enhance operational efficiency.


* Prepare presentations summarizing findings for executive review.

Qualifications:


* Currently pursuing a degree in relation to Industrial Engineering, Management (in Operations/Manufacturing), and Data Management


* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).


* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
