We are in search of an accomplished and dynamic Workday Integrations Lead to join our Corporate Technology and Data team at Kenvue.
As a key contributor in this role, you will be instrumental in spearheading the effective implementation, optimization, and comprehensive management of our Workday integrations.
As a senior leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a seamless and efficient Workday experience.
Your role will be pivotal in delivering outcomes that significantly impact the effectiveness of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
The Workday Integrations Analyst will:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems, data accuracy, system security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the performance of Workday integrations and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with external vendors as necessary for integration-related tools and services, ensuring effective partnerships.
• Compliance and standards: Ensure that Workday integrations adhere to relevant compliance and security standards, implementing necessary measures to uphold these standards.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in Workday integrations to drive innovation and efficiency.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience (5 years, 3 years Relevant experience)) as a Workday Integrations developer or in a similar role, demonstrating a deep understanding of Workday integration tools and processes.
