What you will do

The Senior Automation Support Engineering is responsible for to provide support and optime automated systems to enhance efficiency and streamline processes for Fort Washington and Lititz Sites in North America.

Driving and delivering optimal cost, safety, quality, and compliance for the site manufacturing systems.

In close collaboration with the Engineering, Operations, Packaging and site Leadership Team, this position serves as the primary point of contact for end-to-end MAKE Automation Systems from up-front engineering through project delivery as well as ongoing maintenance and Operations support of MAKE at the internal production site

Key Responsibilities


* Develop and execute a comprehensive automation support strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives involved with Systems integration, equipment, Automation & Controls Engineering including Information Technology / Operations Technology systems.


* Standardizes and leverages solutions across sites.


* Support automation engineers, providing technical expertise and guidance in support and implementing automated solutions.

Provide planning for the immediate regional support of Lititz and Fort Washington sites, aligned with the MS&T Global Centers of Excellence (CoE) as well as the Consumer Manufacturing Networks.

Identify and lead initiatives to drive execution excellence and timely realization of site and network goals and objectives.


* Collaborate with local site automation team for cross functional support.

Automation support engineers may need to assist local site automation team with project implementation, protocol execution, shutdown planning, etc.

while the site automation team may also need to be involved when support issues that require additional troubleshooting expertise.
