This exciting dual position covering the Oncology portfolio which accelerates the delivery of innovative medicines to patients by driving portfolio strategy and program excellence through insight-based decision-making.
The Pharm Development Program Manager (PDPM) is accountable for providing cross-functional end-to-end guidance towards delivering Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) and Preclinical Sciences and Translational Safety (PSTS) throughout the lifecycle of development programs .
Principal responsibilities:
* Provide insights into project timelines and resources, proactive risk management, and maximize asset value for small and large molecule development and lifecycle management projects within the Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) and Preclinical Sciences and Translational Safety (PSTS) areas of expertise.
* Drive strategic decisions, facilitate successful project execution , and achieve key CMC and PSTS deliverables within the CMC team, PSTS team, project management team (PMT), based upon available data, assumptions, scenario development and critical path analysis, and deliver on our Credo.
* Work closely with functional experts on the CMC and PSTS teams, to translate compound development strategies into end-to-end operational CMC and PSTS plans, scenarios and budgets and risk management approaches, while considering, documenting, and communicating assumptions and oppo...
