Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead (PMO) professional to drive strategic projects that support the company's growth and achievement of key objectives.
This high-impact role requires strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills to lead initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with Johnson & Johnson's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that drive product portfolio optimization and business growth.
* Goal Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to ensure all projects align with corporate objectives and market demands.
* Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to measure progress, assess risks, and ensure successful project execution.
* Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and deliver cost-effective strategies.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work with marketing, sales, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of product management strategies.
* Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and ensure product competitiveness.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, product management, or strategic roles.
* PMO experience is a plus.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
* Position based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Skills:
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
* Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and KPI development.
* Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory and market dynamics.
