Position Overview

As a Marketing Communication Specialist at Bray International, you will play a key role in enhancing the visibility and engagement of our independent brands.

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing events, and producing high-quality collateral that aligns with our business objectives.

This role requires strong communication skills, a talent for simplifying complex ideas, and experience in a B2B marketing environment.

You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to craft compelling content and elevate global business awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:


* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement marketing strategies that align with corporate goals and brand messaging.

Brand Management:


* Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.


* Provide guidance to internal teams and external partners on brand guidelines.


* Foster brand awareness and business growth in both recruiting and revenue generation efforts.

Content Creation:


* Create engaging content for the website, presentations, social media, and office decor.


* Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates Bray’s mission and impact.


* Collaborate with leadership to create local customer success stories and sales wins, promoting services through printed and video collateral.

Website Maintenance:


* Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.


* Work with internal teams to upload new content, including program updates and success stories.

Event Planning and Execution:


* Conceptualize and execute events aligned with business goals.


* Oversee logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, catering, and AV needs, ensuring smooth operation.
